I always thought that the phrase "I love who I am when I'm with you" was stupid. What does that even mean? Why can't you just be like that with everyone and then love yourself all the time? But I think I know what it means now.

I'm a different person with different people. I'm goofy with some, intellectual with others and ditzy with the rest. But with you, I can be just as weird, silly and stupid with you as I want. I don't have to think twice before saying something, because I know that you'll get it; you understand me. And you accept me for who I am, without judging me.

God, this sounds like the cheesiest thing in the world and I'm going to hate myself for writing this in the morning.

But it's true. I love who I am when I'm with you. Because when I'm with you, I'm me.
